    The Patek Phillipe ad on the back of last week's Economist also featured a super-privileged kid with longish hair, leading Robert to ask why the Little Lord Fauntleroy 'do is so popular? I wonder if we're finally removed enough in time from the Beatles' heyday for longer hair to be in again.
